Terms:

-Seller requires a 50% non-refundable deposit on all custom orders from the total purchase price. Lead time begins with receipt of deposit. After 6 business days of receipt, the deposit is fully non-refundable.

-All applicable California Sales Taxes will be added to total purchase and is paid by the customer. If the customer provides a valid copy of resale certification, the customer will be exempt from sales tax. All orders shipped outside of California is exempt from California Sales Tax.

-Refunds or returns are not accepted. Should a customer receive a defective product through production, a claim must be made within 5 days of receiving the item. Valid claims will be honored at no additional cost to the customer.
